Andy Erickson, the current winemaker of the legendary Screaming Eagle, as well as Staglin, Hartwell, Favia, Dalla Valle and Arietta, has just released his second vintage of Leviathan, a blend sourced from select vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. Only 699 cases were produced of this blend consisting of 55% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. This full bodied elegantly styled blend is exploding with dark fruit flavors and is ready to drink now or over the next few years.
