At this weeks tasting we will be showcasing two great wineries, Tantara and Sorella Winery!!!
Tantara will be pouring their new 2005 single vineyard releases of Pinot Noir and 2005 Bien Nacido Chardonnay.
Sorella Winery, which sources grapes from some of the choice vineyards in Central Coast will be pouring some of their limited production Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Syrah.
2004 Sorella D'Anbino Vineyard Paso Robles Syrah $23.99
The 2004 Sorella Syrah demonstrates raspberry, blueberry, black cherry, cassis, vanilla, and subtle pepper. This wine is fruitful, soft, and elegant. Production: 65 cases
2002 Sorella D'Anbino Vineyard Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon $26.99
The 2002 Cabernet embodies flavors of blueberry, currant, caramel, milk chocolate spice and hints of cedar. This wine is attractive, complex, and full-bodied. Production: 75 cases
2003 Sorella Odyssey Thurlestone Vineyard Edna Valley Pinot Noir $29.99
This 2003 Pinot Noir contains flavors of wild strawberry, blackberry, boysenberry, licorice, and hints of spice, smoke, and oak towards the finish. This wine is very well-balanced with exquisite taste. Production: 65 cases

This Pinot is comprised from three different clones and two vineyard blocks a mile apart. This wine shows a deep core of ripe fruit yet structured integrated tannins. The aromas and flavors of boysenberry and bramble finish this succulent Pinot Noir. Production: 280 cases
