2006 Booker Alchemist Paso Robles $39.99 limit 3 per customer
Some may criticize the 2006 Alchemist, a blend of 85% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, as being too international in style, but it is unquestionably an outstanding wine. Its deep purple color is accompanied by notes of creme de cassis, graphite, licorice, and pain grille. With super intensity, beautiful purity, an overall fleshy mouthfeel, and excellent balance, this lovely red should drink nicely for 7-8 years.

A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache, the 2006 Vertigo-s dense ruby/purple hue is followed by sweet, delicate black cherry and cassis fruit, spring flowers, licorice, pepper, meat juice-like notes, as well as beautiful minerality. Enjoy this beauty now and over the next 7-8 years.
2006 Booker Fracture Paso Robles Syrah $49.99 limit 3 per customer
The 2006 Fracture exhibits a hint of chocolate along with Cote Rotie-like notes of tapenade, crushed rocks, sweet cherries, and creme de cassis. Layered, full-bodied, and structured, with plenty of tannin as well as gorgeous fruit, depth, and intensity, it requires another year or so of bottle age. Drink it over the following decade.
