Dear Wine Lover,

With other small production wineries charging $100 for their Napa Valley Cabernets, Meander is a steal!

Meander Wines is a small producer of premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon started in 2000. Owned and operated by Amy Aiken, a Napa Valley winemaker since 1989, who started her tenure at Joseph Phelps Vineyards and then moved on to making Cabernet Sauvignon at such prestigious Napa Valley Wineries as Oakville Ranch, Viader Vineyards, and Anomaly Vineyards.

2003 Meander Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon $64.99
Production: 199 Cases of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard Sources: 50% Morisoli Vineyard in Rutherford & 50% Lewelling Vineyard in St. Helena. Both of these vineyards have been family farmed for generations and the fruit is highly sought after by those winemakers making hand crafted Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley.
Tasting Notes: This wine shows deep ruby in color with aromas of black raspberry, currant and intense cocoa introduce a mouth filling explosion of plum, licorice and black cherries.  With a supple velvety finish, the wine is approachable upon release, yet will continue to gain complexity with bottle age. Aged in 100% French Oak, 65% of which is new, for 20 months.

Limited magnums available $149.99
